Choose the FPM Processing Package for each meat. FPM Specifications recommend a variety of cuts to provide diverse options in your freezer. The other processing packages offer variations generally grouped around roasts and slow cooking or smoking, steaks and items for the grill, or ground meat. Proceed with Custom Processing if you are looking for specific prepared cuts, primal cuts, or any other requests not included in the processing packages.

* ESTIMATED GRAND TOTAL - subject to change. The estimated grand total is based on current livestock pricing from our pricing page, estimated feed costs, and assumed processing fees. Livestock pricing is confirmed after your deposit is paid and livestock plus feed is secured. Processing fees are estimated at that time based on assumed livestock weight and custom processing requests. Final processing fees are not confirmed until the final livestock weight is received and the custom slaughter request is submitted to the butcher. Your non-refundable deposit is applied toward the final total.
Final quantities and weights are determined after processing is complete and inventory is received from the butcher.
